Phil Gomm is a Buckinghamshire Councillor representing the Quainton ward . He works on local issues including planning, highways and community services, liaising closely with residents, parish councils and partner organisations across the north Aylesbury area. He has a particular interest in rural matters and supports efforts to protect the countryside, local farming and the character of village communities.
